Your pets will love the off-leash dog park across the street in McNary City Park. We don't have a weight limit, but please keep in mind, breed restrictions do apply. Breed Restrictions: Pit Bull Terrier, StaffordshireTerrier, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Presa Canarios, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Wolf-hybrid, Mastiff, Husky, Chow Chow, German Shepherd and Dalmatian.

We offer a 12-month lease term.

You can pay your rent online using ACH, debit, or credit, or you can pay by check.

Flex allows you to schedule your monthly payment into two smaller payments, giving you greater financial flexibility. Full monthly rent payments are provided to the property by Flex on the 1st. Sign up is available directly in your RentCafe resident portal and is reviewed for approval by Flex. Flex charges a monthly membership fee based on the amount of the credit line that is approved. The monthly membership fee is up to $14.99. A bill payment fee of 1% of your total rent is also charged, additional card processing fees apply when using a credit card.
 

Yes, renter's insurance is required. You can either purchase your own insurance or opt to pay $10.95 per month for coverage through us.

Currently, all utilities are the resident's responsibility, so they’re not included in your rent.

To set up your utilities, contact the local power company for electricity. We will bill you separately for water, sewer, and trash.

You can use Xfinity for both internet and cable services.

Yes, we offer 24/7 on-site maintenance. Work orders are sent directly to our technician for prompt attention.

For maintenance issues, please submit a maintenance request or contact the emergency on-call number.

You don’t need to be present. Work orders include an option to give permission for entry, so you can go about your day while we take care of the work.
