We prefer appointments, but we do accept walk-ins as well.

You can apply for an apartment online at www.miramontelodgeliving.com.

Application approval can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few days, depending on the background check.

We offer 12-month lease terms.

You can pay your rent through the resident portal at www.miramontelodgeliving.com, or with a personal check, cashier's check, or money order.

Flex allows you to schedule your monthly payment into two smaller payments, giving you greater financial flexibility. Full monthly rent payments are provided to the property by Flex on the 1st. Sign up is available directly in your RentCafe resident portal and is reviewed for approval by Flex. Flex charges a monthly membership fee based on the amount of the credit line that is approved. The monthly membership fee is up to $14.99. A bill payment fee of 1% of your total rent is also charged, additional card processing fees apply when using a credit card.
 

Yes, renter's insurance is required.

Utilities are not included in the rent.

We automatically set up water, sewer, and garbage. Electricity should be set up directly through PGE by the resident.
