We accept both appointments and walk-ins for your convenience.

To apply for an apartment, please pick up an application from the lobby outside the office. You can complete the application and return it during office hours, or simply slide it under the office door.

Applications are typically approved within 72 hours. Once approved, applicants will be placed on the waiting list.

Conifer Woods offers an initial 12-month lease, which then transitions to a month-to-month lease after the first year.

You can pay your rent by check, money order, or cashier's check.

Flex allows you to schedule your monthly payment into two smaller payments, giving you greater financial flexibility. Full monthly rent payments are provided to the property by Flex on the 1st. Sign up is available directly in your RentCafe resident portal and is reviewed for approval by Flex. Flex charges a monthly membership fee based on the amount of the credit line that is approved. The monthly membership fee is up to $14.99. A bill payment fee of 1% of your total rent is also charged, additional card processing fees apply when using a credit card.
 

While renter's insurance is not required, we highly recommend it for your protection.

Water and trash service are included in your rent.

To set up your utilities, I’ll provide you with a meter number and a form. Simply take these, along with your lease, to HEA, and they will assist you in setting everything up.

GCI is the local provider for internet and cable services.
